  • 1 lb ground beef (or mix of beef and pork)
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (any flavor, about 6 oz)

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.

2️⃣ Prepare the Stuffing

  • In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup water or milk to a boil.
