🍌 Warm Banana Pudding Pound Cake

🧾 Ingredients:

For the cake:

  • 1 box pound cake mix (or homemade pound cake batter)
  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Banana pudding layer:

  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1–2 sliced bananas
  • Vanilla wafers (optional)

Topping:

  • Whipped cream or extra pudding
  • Crushed vanilla wafers

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Make the pudding

  • Whisk pudding mix with cold milk
  • Chill for 5–10 minutes until thick

2. Prepare cake batter

  • Mix pound cake ingredients until smooth
  • Fold in mashed bananas

3. Bake

  • Pour batter into greased baking pan
  • Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 35–45 minutes
  • Until golden and a toothpick comes out clean

4. Assemble layers

  • While cake is still warm, poke small holes on top
  • Spread banana pudding over it so it soaks in slightly

5. Add toppings

  • Add banana slices + whipped cream
  • Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers
