Spinach Quiche (Easy & Savory)

  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped) or ½ cup frozen (thawed & drained)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or feta)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk or cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: garlic, mushrooms, or cooked chicken

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare filling
    • Sauté onion (and garlic if using) until soft.
    • Add spinach and cook until wilted. Let cool slightly.
  3. Mix eggs
    • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk/cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. Assemble
    • Place pie crust in a baking dish.
