🍗 Smoked Chicken Wings

- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1–2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika (smoked paprika if possible)

- 1 tsp onion powder

🔥 Instructions
1. Prep the wings
- Pat wings dry (important for crisp texture)
- Toss with oil and all spices
- Let sit 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor)
2. Smoke the wings
- Preheat smoker to 110–135°C (225–275°F)
- Place wings on rack with space between them
- Smoke for 1.5 to 2 hours
3. Crisp them up (optional but recommended)

- Finish on a grill or in an oven for 10–15 minutes
