📝 Ingredients:
- 4–5 medium potatoes (chunked)
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 3–4 tbsp butter
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)

1. Prep Everything
- Peel (optional) and cut potatoes into chunks.
- Slice onions.
2. Add to Slow Cooker
- Put potatoes and onions in the slow cooker.
