🧾 Ingredients (4–6 servings)

  • 3–4 lbs corned beef brisket (with spice packet if included)
  • 4 cups water or beef broth
  • 1 large onion, quartered
  • 3–4 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 4–5 carrots, cut into chunks
  • 4–5 potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1 small cabbage, cut into wedges

  1. Prepare the slow cooker
    • Place corned beef in the slow cooker.
    • Add onion, garlic, carrots, and potatoes.
