A cozy, creamy comfort dish made with tender pork and rich noodles—perfect for an easy “set it and forget it” dinner.


đź§ľ Ingredients:

  • 500–700g pork shoulder (cut into chunks) or pork loin
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (or homemade white sauce)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
  • 250g egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or cream cheese (for creaminess)
  • Optional: parsley for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Add pork to slow cooker
    Place pork, onion, garlic, broth, salt, pepper, and seasoning into the slow cooker.
  2. Cook low and slow
    • Low: 6–8 hours
    • High: 3–4 hours
      Cook until pork is very tender.
  3. Shred the pork
    Remove pork, shred with forks, then return to the slow cooker.
  4. Add cream base
    Stir in cream of chicken soup (or sauce). Mix well.
  5. Add noodles
    Add egg noodles directly into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 20–30 minutes until tender.
  6. Finish creamy
    Stir in sour cream or cream cheese for extra richness.
