Simple foil packet meals

Foil packet meals are great because they’re simple, low-mess, and easy to cook in the oven, grill, or even over a campfire. You just wrap everything in foil and let it cook together.

🍗 1. Garlic Butter Chicken & Veggies

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast or thighs
  • Potatoes (small cubes)
  • Carrots
  • Green beans or broccoli
  • Butter, garlic, salt, pepper

How:
Mix everything with melted butter and seasoning, wrap tightly in foil, bake at 200°C for ~30–40 minutes.

  • Soy sauce or lemon

How:
Combine everything, seal in foil, bake 15–20 minutes.
