Shrimp Alfredo

Here’s a simple and tasty way to make Shrimp Alfredo:

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook shrimp: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make Alfredo sauce: In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine: Add cooked pasta and shrimp to the sauce. Toss until everything is coated.
  5. Serve: Garnish with parsley if desired and enjoy warm.
