Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Prep the veggies:
    • Toss potatoes and corn with 2 tbsp melted butter, salt, pepper, and 1 tsp Old Bay. Spread on the sheet pan.
    • Roast for 15–20 minutes until potatoes start to soften.
  3. Add seafood:
    • In a bowl, toss shrimp and crab with remaining butter, garlic, paprika, and Old Bay.
    • Add lemon slices and place seafood on the sheet pan with potatoes and corn.
  4. Bake:
    • Roast 10–12 minutes, until shrimp turn pink and crab is heated through.
  5. Serve:
    • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
    • Optional: serve with melted butter and extra lemon wedges on the side.
