Posted on April 4, 2026 by Admin

Perfect! Let’s make a Seafood Boil Bake (Sheet Pan Style)—all the flavors of a classic seafood boil, baked on one pan for easy cleanup.

Seafood Boil Bake (Sheet Pan Style) Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb crab legs or claws
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1–2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or any seafood seasoning)
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with foil.
  2. Prep vegetables:
    • Toss potatoes and corn with half the melted butter, salt, pepper, and 1 tsp Old Bay. Spread evenly on the sheet pan.
    • Roast 15–20 minutes until potatoes begin to soften.
  3. Prepare seafood:
    • In a bowl, toss shrimp and crab with remaining butter, garlic, paprika, and Old Bay. Add lemon slices.
  4. Add seafood to pan:
    • Spread the shrimp and crab on top of the partially cooked potatoes and corn.
  5. Bake:
    • Roast 10–12 minutes, until shrimp turn pink and crab is heated through.
  6. Serve:
    • Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot with melted butter and extra lemon wedges on the side.

✅ Tips:

  • Add sausage slices or mushrooms for extra flavor.
  • Drizzle a bit of hot sauce for a spicy kick.
  • Serve family-style on a newspaper-covered table for the full seafood boil experience!

If you want, I can also make a garlic butter version that’s ultra-rich and restaurant-style—perfect for impressing guests.

Do you want me to do that?
