🧾 Ingredients (4–6 servings)

  • 1 lb (450 g) frozen cheese or meat ravioli
  • 2 cups marinara or pasta sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: fresh basil or spinach for layers
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

🥘 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven:
    • Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the ravioli:
    • If using frozen ravioli, cook according to package directions until al dente, then drain.
  3. Assemble the lasagna:
    • Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
    • Layer ravioli evenly over the sauce.
    • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the ravioli.
    • Repeat layers (sauce → ravioli → cheese) until all ingredients are used, finishing with a cheese layer on top.
  4. Bake:
    • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
    • Remove foil and bake 10–15 minutes more until the top is golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve:
    • Let it cool 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.

  • For extra flavor, mix ricotta cheese with spinach, garlic, and herbs and layer it between ravioli.
  • Add cooked sausage, ground beef, or vegetables for a heartier dish.
