Layers of creamy cheesecake, gooey pecan pie filling, and soft cake—this dessert is rich, indulgent, and perfect for holidays or gatherings.


🧾 Ingredients:

Cheesecake layer:

  • 2 cups cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream (or whipped topping)

Pecan pie layer:

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Cake layer:

  • 1 prepared pound cake or vanilla cake (cubed)

🔥 Instructions:

1. Make pecan filling

  • In a saucepan, melt butter, then stir in brown sugar and corn syrup.
  • Remove from heat, whisk in eggs and vanilla.
  • Return to low heat and cook until thickened.
  • Stir in pecans and let cool.

2. Make cheesecake layer

  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.

3. Assemble trifle

In a large glass bowl or cups, layer:

  1. Cake cubes
  2. Cheesecake mixture
  3. Pecan filling

Repeat layers until full.
