Peach Cobbler Pound Cake 🍑🍰
This dessert combines the rich buttery texture of a pound cake with the sweet, spiced flavor of Peach cobbler.
🧾 Ingredients
For the Cake
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Peach Topping
- 2 cups peaches, peeled and diced (fresh or canned, drained)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp butter

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk or peach juice
- ½ tsp vanilla
👩🍳 Instructions
- Prepare the oven
Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt or loaf pan. - Make the cake batter
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- In another bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients and milk alternately to the butter mixture.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Prepare the peaches
In a small pan cook peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and butter for 5 minutes until slightly syrupy. - Assemble
- Pour half the cake batter into the pan.
- Spoon half the peach mixture on top.
- Add remaining batter and finish with remaining peaches.
- Bake
Bake 60–70 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. - Cool
Let cool in the pan for about 15 minutes, then remove to cool completely. - Add glaze (optional)
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla and drizzle over the cake.
