Orange Dreamsicle Salad

Posted on March 11, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a bright and creamy Orange Dreamsicle Salad—a refreshing, sweet side or dessert that tastes just like a classic creamsicle. 🍊✨

🍊 Orange Dreamsicle Salad

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

  • 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Combine Fruit & Marshmallows

  • In a large bowl, mix mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows.

2️⃣ Fold in Whipped Topping

  • Gently fold in whipped topping until the mixture is creamy and evenly coated.
  • Stir in vanilla extract.

3️⃣ Add Optional Ingredients

  • If desired, add shredded coconut or chopped nuts for extra texture.

4️⃣ Chill

  • Refrigerate at least 1–2 hours before serving to let flavors meld.

5️⃣ Serve

  • Spoon into individual bowls or a large serving dish.
  • Optional: garnish with orange zest or a few whole mandarin segments.

💡 Tips

  • For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of whipped topping.
  • Can be prepared a day ahead, but add marshmallows just before serving to prevent them from getting too soft.
  • This salad is perfect for potlucks, brunches, or holiday meals.

I can also give a more “pudding-style” Orange Dreamsicle Salad version that uses instant orange or vanilla pudding for extra creamy texture—would you like me to share that?
