Posted on March 23, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a simple and tasty Oat Crisps recipe 🍪—crispy, slightly sweet, and perfect for a snack or dessert:

🥣 Ingredients (makes about 24 crisps):

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, raisins, chopped nuts

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F)
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

2. Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon

3. Add Wet Ingredients

  • Stir in melted butter and vanilla until the mixture comes together
  • Fold in any optional add-ins like chocolate chips or nuts

4. Form Crisps

  • Drop small spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, flatten slightly with a fork or spatula
  • Leave space between each crisp

5. Bake

  • Bake 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown
  • Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack

💡 Tips:

  • For extra crunch, press the dough thinner before baking
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week
  • Can be made gluten-free using oat flour

If you want, I can also give you a super quick 3-ingredient oat crisp version that’s ready in under 20 minutes.
