Marinated Cucumber, Onion, and Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3–4 medium tomatoes, chopped or sliced
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or fresh herbs (optional)
  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:
    Place cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Make the Marinade:
    In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic (if using).
  3. Combine:
    Pour the marinade over the vegetables and toss gently until evenly coated.
  4. Marinate:
