🧾 Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails
- 2–3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper

1. Prep the lobster
- Thaw if frozen
- Cut the top shell with kitchen scissors, exposing the meat
- Pull meat slightly out of shell and lay it on top for even cooking

- Brush generously over lobster meat
3. Cook

- Preheat broiler
- Place lobster tails on baking sheet
