Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

2. Prepare the Chicken

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.

3. Make the Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic, cooking until fragrant (~1 min).
  2. Stir in lemon juice and zest.
  3. Return chicken to the pan, spooning sauce over it for 1–2 minutes.

4. Make the Creamy Parmesan Pasta

  1. In another pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer 2–3 minutes.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water a little at a time to reach desired creaminess.

5. Serve

  1. Plate the pasta and top with the lemon garlic butter chicken.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
  3. Optional: serve with a lemon wedge for extra zing.
