Lemon cream cheese dump cake is a super easy dessert where ingredients are “dumped” into a baking dish and baked. It’s creamy, sweet, and tangy with a soft cake topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (optional for extra sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    • Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Grease a 9Ă—13 inch baking dish.
  2. Add lemon filling
    • Spread the lemon pie filling evenly in the dish.
  3. Add cream cheese
    • Cut cream cheese into small cubes and scatter over the filling.
    • Sprinkle powdered sugar over it if desired.
  4. Add cake mix
    • Sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly over everything.
  5. Add butter
    • Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix.
  6. Bake
    • Bake 35–45 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.

Serving Ideas

  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
  • Add fresh berries for extra flavor.
