Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • Β½ cup granulated sugar
  • Β½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9Γ—13-inch baking dish.
  2. Add lemon filling
    Spread the lemon pie filling evenly in the bottom of the dish.
  3. Add cream cheese
    Scatter the cream cheese cubes over the filling and sprinkle sugar on top.
  4. Add cake mix
    Evenly sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix over everything (do not mix).
  5. Add butter
    Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix.
  6. Bake
    Bake for 40–45 minutes until the top is golden and slightly crisp.
  7. Cool slightly and serve.
