🧁 Milk Cupcakes – Soft, Fluffy & Simple

These milk cupcakes are light, moist, and perfect for everyday baking.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat to 180°C (350°F) and line a cupcake tray with paper liners.
  2. Cream Butter & Sugar:
    In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add Eggs & Vanilla:
    Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Combine:
    Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk. Mix until smooth (don’t overmix).
  6. Fill & Bake:
    Pour batter into cupcake liners (about 2/3 full). Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool & Serve:
    Let cool before serving or frosting.

🍰 Optional Toppings:

  • Buttercream frosting
  • Chocolate ganache
  • Powdered sugar dusting
  • Fresh fruit

💡 Tips:

  • Use room temperature ingredients for better texture
  • Don’t overbake—keeps them soft and moist
  • Add a tablespoon of milk powder for extra richness
