This is a warm, pull-apart appetizer where crusty bread gets filled with melted cheese and sweet-tangy cranberry.

🧂 Ingredients
- 1 round sourdough loaf
- 200–250g brie cheese (sliced)
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- 3–4 tbsp butter (softened)
- 2–3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley or mixed herbs
- Salt & pepper (optional)
🔥 Instructions
1. Prep the bread
- Slice the sourdough in a crisscross pattern (don’t cut all the way through)
2. Make garlic herb butter
- Mix butter, garlic, herbs, and a pinch of salt
3. Stuff it
- Gently spread garlic butter into cuts
- Push slices of brie between the bread gaps
- Spoon cranberry sauce into the openings
4. Bake
- Wrap in foil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes
- Unwrap and bake another 5–7 minutes for crispy top
