🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails optional)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Oil for frying
