Here’s a super simple, dump-and-go crock pot chicken recipe that hits all the comfort food vibes without a ton of effort:

Ingredients (cheap and easy)

  • 1–2 lbs frozen chicken tenderloins
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken soup)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, whatever you like)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen chicken at the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Pour the soup over the chicken, sprinkle the ranch mix on top.
  3. Add the frozen veggies around the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese on top 15 minutes before serving so it melts perfectly.

💡 Optional: Serve over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes for a full meal.

The chicken comes out tender, the sauce is creamy, and the ranch + cheese combo makes it irresistible. Even picky eaters usually beg for seconds.

If you want, I can give a slightly fancier 5-ingredient version that tastes restaurant-level amazing without adding effort. Do you want me to do that?
