This is a simple “set it and forget it” recipe you can use for meals all week!
📝 Ingredients:
- 500g–1 kg chicken (breast or thighs)
- 1 cup chicken broth (or water)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2–3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika or any seasoning you like
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Add to Crockpot
- Place chicken at the bottom
- Add onions and garlic on top
- Pour broth over everything
2. Season
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and spices
3. Cook
- Low: 6–7 hours
- High: 3–4 hours
4. Finish
- Shred chicken or serve whole
- Spoon some juices on top for extra flavor
