Crockpot Chicken (Juicy, Easy & Versatile) 🍗✨

This is a simple “set it and forget it” recipe you can use for meals all week!


📝 Ingredients:

  • 500g–1 kg chicken (breast or thighs)
  • 1 cup chicken broth (or water)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2–3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika or any seasoning you like

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Add to Crockpot

  • Place chicken at the bottom
  • Add onions and garlic on top
  • Pour broth over everything

2. Season

  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, and spices

3. Cook

  • Low: 6–7 hours
  • High: 3–4 hours

4. Finish

  • Shred chicken or serve whole
  • Spoon some juices on top for extra flavor

🔥 Easy Variations:

  • Creamy Chicken: add cream or cream cheese at the end
  • BBQ Chicken: mix in BBQ sauce and shred
  • Spicy: add chili flakes or green chilies 🌶️
  • Desi Style: add turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala

💡 Tips:

  • Thighs stay juicier than breast
  • Don’t overcook—chicken can dry out
  • Use leftovers for wraps, sandwiches, or rice bowls
