🥘 Ingredients:

  • 4–5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar & mozzarella)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or mustard powder

1. Prep the Sauce

  • Mix soup, milk, 1 cup of cheese, salt, pepper, and optional spices in a bowl until smooth

2. Layer Ingredients in Crock Pot

  • Spray Crock Pot with nonstick spray
  • Layer half the sliced potatoes, then half the ham and onion
  • Pour half the sauce over the layer
  • Repeat with remaining potatoes, ham, onion, and sauce

3. Cook

  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours
  • Potatoes should be tender and creamy

4. Add Topping

  • About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top
  • Cover until cheese melts

5. Serve

  • Spoon directly from the Crock Pot
  • Pair with a simple salad or steamed vegetables
