🧂 Ingredients

  • 1 bag (about 700–900 g) frozen meatballs (beef or chicken)
  • 6–8 medium potatoes, diced (or baby potatoes halved)
  • 1 onion, sliced (optional)
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1 can (400 g) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
  • 1 cup beef or chicken broth
  • 1–2 tsp paprika (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning or dried herbs (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional, for topping)

🍲 Instructions

  1. Prep the potatoes
    • Wash and cut into bite-sized chunks (or use baby potatoes)
  2. Layer in crock pot
    • Add potatoes first
    • Then meatballs on top
    • Add onion and garlic if using
  3. Mix sauce
    • In a bowl, combine soup + broth + seasonings
    • Stir well until smooth
  4. Pour & cook
    • Pour mixture over everything in the crock pot
    • Cover and cook:
      • Low: 6–7 hours
      • High: 3–4 hours
  5. Finish (optional)
    • Sprinkle cheese on top in the last 10–15 minutes
    • Let melt before serving
