Here’s a delicious crab salad recipe that’s fresh, creamy, and easy to make—definitely one you won’t want to lose!


Crab Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) cooked crab meat
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prep the crab:
    • Check for any shells and gently pick through the crab meat.
  2. Mix the dressing:
    • In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine salad:
    • Add crab meat, celery, and red onion to the dressing.
    • Gently fold to mix without breaking up the crab too much.
  4. Chill:
    • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  5. Serve:
    • Garnish with parsley or chives.
    • Serve on a bed of lettuce, in sandwiches, or with crackers.
