🍗 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 2 lbs (900 g) chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional sauces: buffalo, BBQ, honey garlic, teriyaki

Oven-Baked Wings:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. Prepare Wings: Pat wings dry, toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake: Spread wings on the rack in a single layer. Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  4. Add Sauce: Toss baked wings in your favorite sauce and serve immediately.

Optional Frying Method:

  • Heat 2–3 inches of oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry wings in batches for 8–10 minutes until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels, then toss in sauce.

  • Use a wire rack to allow air circulation so the wings cook evenly.
