Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Stuffed Shells 🍗🥦🧀
A creamy baked pasta dish where jumbo shells are stuffed with chicken, broccoli, and cheese, then covered in rich Alfredo sauce.
🧾 Ingredients (4–6 servings)
- 20–24 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1½ cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
👩🍳 Instructions
- Cook the shells
Boil the jumbo shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Make the filling
In a bowl mix:- cooked chicken
- chopped broccoli
- ricotta cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella
- Parmesan
- garlic
- pepper and Italian seasoning.
- Prepare the baking dish
Spread ½ cup Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish. - Stuff the shells
Spoon the chicken mixture into each shell and place them in the dish. - Add sauce and cheese
Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the shells and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese. - Bake
Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. - Finish
Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden.
🍽️ Serving idea:
Serve with garlic bread and a fresh green salad.
