  • 4–6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp ketchup or BBQ sauce for extra flavor

1. Prep the chicken
