Here’s a quick and tasty recipe for Cheesy Rotel Beef Tacos—savory ground beef with melted cheese and a touch of spice. 🌮🧀


🥘 Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Mexican blend, or your choice)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade: chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt)
  • 8 small taco shells or tortillas
  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, jalapeños, cilantro

  1. Cook the beef
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add seasoning & Rotel
