Cheesesteak egg rolls are a fun, crispy twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak. Instead of a sandwich, the filling is wrapped in an egg roll wrapper and fried (or baked) until golden and crunchy.

Basic Ingredients

Quick Method

  2. Assemble egg rolls:
    • Place filling in the center of each wrapper.
    • Fold sides and roll tightly; seal edges with a bit of water.
  3. Cook:
    • Deep-fry: 3–4 min until golden.
    • Air-fry: 10–12 min at 400°F (200°C), flipping halfway.
    • Bake: 15–20 min at 425°F (220°C), brushing with oil.
  4. Serve: With dipping sauce of choice.
