🍰 Simple Classic Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200g biscuits (like digestive)
  • 100g melted butter
  • 400g cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cream

Steps:

  1. Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into a pan → this is your crust.
  2. Beat cream cheese + sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla, and cream. Mix well.
  4. Pour over crust.
  5. Bake at 160°C for about 45–50 minutes.
  6. Chill in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
