Here’s a classic Cheesecake recipe 🍰—creamy, rich, and perfect for dessert:

🥣 Ingredients (8–10 servings):

Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Filling:

  • 4 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Prepare Crust

  • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F)
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter
  • Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan
  • Bake 8–10 minutes, then let cool

2. Make Filling

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth
  • Add sugar and vanilla, mixing well
  • Add eggs one at a time, blending thoroughly
  • Stir in sour cream if using

3. Assemble & Bake

  • Pour filling over the cooled crust
  • Bake 50–60 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly
  • Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool in oven with door slightly open for 1 hour (prevents cracking)

4. Chill

  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight

5. Serve

  • Remove from springform pan
  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, fruit compote, caramel, or chocolate drizzle

💡 Tips:

  • Room temperature cream cheese ensures a smooth filling
  • For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of lemon zest or a swirl of chocolate or fruit puree
  • Avoid overmixing after adding eggs to prevent cracks

If you want, I can also give you a no-bake cheesecake version that’s ready in under an hour and just as creamy.

Do you want me to do that?
