🧾 Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced (or cut into cubes)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: a pinch of paprika or herbs like thyme or rosemary

🥔 Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes:
    • Boil the diced potatoes in salted water for 8–10 minutes until just tender. Drain.

  3. Sauté:
    • Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.

    • Add broccoli and toss gently to combine.

  • Roasting potatoes and broccoli in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes with oil and spices gives a crispier texture.
