Here’s a quick and delicious way to make Sausage and Egg Biscuits—perfect for breakfast or brunch:


🥯 Sausage and Egg Biscuits

Servings: 4–6

🛒 Ingredients

  • 4–6 breakfast biscuits (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4–6 eggs
  • 4–6 sausage patties (or links, cooked and sliced)
  • 2–4 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: butter for cooking eggs or toasting biscuits

🍽️ Instructions

  1. Cook the Sausage:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage patties until browned and cooked through.
    • If using links, slice them and cook until hot.
  2. Cook the Eggs:
    • In the same skillet (or a separate one), scramble or fry eggs.
    • Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare Biscuits:
    • If using store-bought biscuits, warm them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes or until golden.
    • Split the biscuits in half.
  4. Assemble the Sandwich:
    • Place sausage on the bottom half of the biscuit.
    • Top with egg, then a slice of cheese.
    • Cover with the top half of the biscuit.
  5. Serve:
    • Enjoy hot, with optional hot sauce or ketchup on the side.

💡 Tips:

  • For extra flavor, brush the biscuits with melted butter before baking.
  • Make a make-ahead version: cook sausages and eggs, then assemble and wrap in foil—reheat in the oven for a quick breakfast.
