Beef Fried Rice (Quick & Flavorful) 🥩🍚
A hearty, savory dish that’s perfect for lunch or dinner.
📝 Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice (preferably cold/leftover)
- 250–300g beef (thinly sliced)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers, corn)
- 2–3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1–2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Optional: green onions, chili sauce, sesame seeds
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Cook the Beef
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large pan
- Add beef, garlic, and pepper
- Stir-fry until browned, then remove from pan
2. Scramble the Eggs
- In the same pan, pour in beaten eggs
- Cook and scramble, then set aside with beef
3. Stir-Fry Vegetables & Rice
- Add remaining oil
- Toss in vegetables and stir-fry 2–3 minutes
- Add cooked rice and mix well
4. Combine Everything
- Return beef and eggs to pan
- Pour soy sauce over everything
- Stir-fry 2–3 more minutes until heated through
5. Serve
- Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds
