🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped, optional)
  • 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (400g) kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin

  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro

1. Cook the beef

2. Sauté vegetables

  • Add chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper.

  • Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, beans, and beef broth.

4. Simmer

  • Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, or cilantro.
  • Serve with rice, bread, or tortilla chips.
