1. BBQ Ribs

🧾 Ingredients

  • 2–3 lbs pork ribs
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder, paprika, brown sugar

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F)
  2. Season ribs with salt, pepper, and spices
  3. Wrap in foil and bake 2–2.5 hours until tender
  4. Brush with BBQ sauce and broil or grill 5–10 minutes to caramelize
  5. Rest 5 minutes before slicing

2. Mac and Cheese

🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • Salt & pepper

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain
  2. Make cheese sauce: melt butter → stir in flour → slowly add milk → cook until thickened → add cheese
  3. Combine pasta and cheese sauce, mix well
  4. Optional: top with breadcrumbs and bake 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F) for a golden crust

3. Green Beans

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1–2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Blanch green beans in boiling water 3–4 minutes, then drain
  2. Sauté garlic in butter or oil for 1 minute
  3. Add green beans, season with salt and pepper, and cook 3–5 minutes until tender-crisp

🍽️ Serving Suggestion

  • Arrange ribs, a scoop of mac and cheese, and green beans on each plate
  • Add extra BBQ sauce on the side if desired
