🛒 Ingredients

  • 2–3 medium apples (peeled, cored, and chopped)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • ½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk or yogurt
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
