🧾 Ingredients (4 servings)
- 2–3 small potatoes, diced
- 400–500g steak (sirloin, ribeye, or your choice), cut into bite-size pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

1. Prep the potatoes

- Grill: Cook over medium heat for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway
5. Serve
- Carefully open foil (steam will be hot!)
- Sprinkle fresh herbs if desired and serve directly from the packet
