🧾 Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails
- 2–3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper

1. Prep the lobster
- Thaw if frozen
- Cut the top shell with kitchen scissors, exposing the meat
- Pull meat slightly out of shell and lay it on top for even cooking
2. Season
- Mix butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional paprika
- Brush generously over lobster meat
3. Cook
Broil method:
- Preheat broiler
- Place lobster tails on baking sheet
- Broil 8–12 min (depending on size) until opaque and slightly firm

- Bake 12–15 min until meat is opaque
4. Serve
- Brush with extra butter
- Squeeze fresh lemon over the top
