- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter

1️⃣ Prepare the chicken
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness (about 1/2 inch).
- Season with salt and pepper, then dredge lightly in flour.
2️⃣ Cook the chicken
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Cook the mushrooms
- In the same skillet, add mushrooms and sauté 5–6 minutes until soft and lightly browned.
4️⃣ Make the sauce
- Add Marsala wine and chicken broth to the skillet.
- Simmer 5–7 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Stir in butter to finish the sauce.
5️⃣ Combine and serve
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce.
- Simmer 2–3 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
