Good bone-friendly drinks include:

  • Milk (or fortified plant milk like soy/almond with calcium + vitamin D)
  • Yogurt drinks / kefir
  • Fortified orange juice (calcium + vitamin D added)
  • Plenty of plain water
  • Light tea (in moderation, especially green tea)
