🥦 Sautéed Mushroom & Broccoli Stir-Fry

📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp oil (vegetable or olive oil)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional, for flavor)

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Blanch the broccoli
    Boil broccoli in salted water for 2–3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic
    Heat oil in a pan or wok, add garlic, and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Cook mushrooms
    Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until they soften and release moisture.
  4. Add broccoli
    Toss in the broccoli and stir well.
  5. Season
    Add soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), black pepper, chili flakes, and salt. Mix everything together.
  6. Finish
    Drizzle sesame oil for extra flavor and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
