🍠🥧 Sweet Potato Cheesecake Pie

🧾 Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)

Sweet Potato Layer:

  • 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes (smooth)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Cheesecake Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Make sweet potato layer:
    Mix mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, egg, milk, spices, and vanilla until smooth.
    Pour into crust and spread evenly.
  3. Make cheesecake layer:
    Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy and lump-free.
  4. Layer it:
    Gently pour or spoon the cheesecake mixture over the sweet potato layer.
    (You can swirl lightly for a marbled look if you want 👀)
  5. Bake:
    Bake for 40–50 minutes until the center is set.
  6. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

  • Whipped cream
