White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake 🍓🍰 is a rich and creamy dessert made with a biscuit crust, smooth white chocolate cheesecake filling, and fresh strawberry topping.

Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 200 g digestive biscuits or graham crackers
  • 100 g melted butter

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 400 g cream cheese (softened)
  • 200 g white chocolate (melted)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Strawberry Topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust

    • Whip the heavy cream separately until soft peaks form, then fold it gently into the mixture.
  3. Assemble the Cheesecake
    • Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust.
    • Smooth the top and refrigerate for 4–6 hours (or overnight) until firm.
  4. Prepare the Strawberry Topping
    • Mix sliced strawberries with sugar and lemon juice.
    • Let them sit for 10–15 minutes to release juice.
  5. Serve
    • Spread the strawberry topping over the cheesecake before serving.
