🍝 Spinach and pasta in a Slow Cooker

This creamy spinach pasta is an easy slow-cooker meal—comforting, cheesy, and perfect for a simple dinner.


🧾 Ingredients (4–6 servings)

  • 12 oz Pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)
  • 3 cups Spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups Chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: cooked chicken or mushrooms

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add ingredients
    • Place pasta, broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in the slow cooker.
  2. Cook
    • Cook on LOW for 2–3 hours or until the pasta is tender.
    • Stir occasionally if possible.
  3. Add creamy ingredients
    • Stir in heavy cream, spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  4. Finish cooking
    • Cook another 10–15 minutes until cheese melts and spinach softens.
  5. Serve
